hey nation im trying to rebuild an old icd freestyle. basically i can stuck a swab in the breach, tuned hpr to ~300, increased the lpr untell it vents off the noid. now thats where are problem is normally the bolt should of snapped back. ive replaced many o rings and cannot think of what it could be.

with the swab holding the bolt back it holds air 100%, without it tho it leaks down the barrel. Im sure someone knows this exact problem and can help.

Does the bolt move smoothly by hand when it's out of the marker?

Does the solenoid 'click' when you dry fire without air?

It sounds like either the noid, LPR or bolt assembly are the source of the problem. I would air it up and turn up the LPR til it leaks and then try dry firing it with air while it's leaking. That may re-position the spool in the noid and make it function properly.

That's just a hunch though. Try it out and get back to us.
