hey guys, first time poster(in here obviously), read quite a bit though, I had a quick question, I'm looking for some type of post workout supplement to take, but my issue is this, im not trying to gain weight, actually, its the opposite, im trying to lose. It seems that every post workout ive looked up, is to bulk and build muscle, is there anything you all could recommend to me? Thanks for your advice, and look forward to posting more in here  |

Any healthy individual wouldn't need something like that to get incentive to hit the gym.

He's saying it's just a bunch of stimulants in a powder. Used more for guys to feel "pumped" to go to the gym than to really produce any results therein.

Tried out Carnivore's blue raspberry BPI.
-Tastes pretty ****ty, but not really an concern for me.
-The blue dye they used is very strong, will stain like koolaid mix.
-The powder itself is more similar to Xtend BCAA than whey, very fine messy powder. Also much more watery when mixed compared to whey.
-It was foamy after shaking, but that disappeared very quickly.
-Doesn't bloat me like whey. 
THink I will make the switch to BPI after I use up my why stash. Will prob order from TN though. After factoring in the cost of lactaid pills, the price will prob be comparable to whey.

I wouldn't, I just looked at the profile.
I mean, if you want to use collagen/gelatin drenched in food coloring as a protein source, by all means.

I concur, the AA profile of it looks pretty ****ty compared to whey. Noticed the low leucine content beforehand but really was really looking forward to a solution to whey bloat.

yeah with carnivore the color is strong, so it happens with blue raz. im almost finished with the chocolate and it doesnt mess up my **** lol. and it tastes really good
