I was wondering what the optimal lpr/hpr pressures are. what do you guys set your's at?

All gun are different. Set them at 75 and 180 then chrono it from there. If you want the optimum settings for your g6r then i would balance your regs using the lurker.method

yeah in all seriousness though, sweetspot them liek trigger finger said...
then after you have the magical pressure combination drop your dwell by 1 ms until either your velocity drops off or you lose fps consistency...at that point up it by 1 ms....BAM...you now will have the most consistent, smoothest, and efficient poppet ever made in the history of paintball.
