Tell me when you go to a non deployable unit, even though you requested a deployable unit when you graduate the top of your MOS school. Requested several times to be an individual augment to deployments, only to be told by your command to stop or else you're gonna get NJP'd for insubordination. Get treated like **** by your seniors every day, even though you do the entire sections work while they jerk off or sleep in a corner all day, just to get ****ter pros/cons than all of your peers because you dont drink with them. Then after that, once you do rate promotion, get non rec'd and have your pros and cons lowered again so they can delay your promotion longer. After you get promoted and start trying to do anything with a leadership role, you're taken off a shift where there's people and put on night shift with a ****up. While on nightshift you are called in every day when you're supposed to be sleeping to do their job for them, and on top of it PT after your 12 hour shift. Get injured from that PT, and then get ****ed with and get your score zeroed out because your bosses "forgot" to file your light/limdu paperwork in time with the company, so your CFT doesnt get rolled over. Once you have had half of the ****ty **** happen to you, talk to me about this being a stepping stone for your life, and not being in it for just the money anymore. **** off and die boot.

You should be more aggressive. I met some awesome guys and lost some. Stay on top of your ****. If your Staff NCO isn't doing his job; go higher.

This is not just my SNCOs, its my entire company. I have no chance of changing units since I'm on limdu, so if I jump the chain my life is ****ed. I'm not some idiot that just takes what's given to him. I've submitted packages to the BCNR before to get my records fixed. The military does not look out for its own, everyone is in it for themselves. I just protect myself and my marine for the bull**** and am counting time until i get out of this god forsaken organization.
