first off there is no transition period or management issues. There is no Sid V dana as a ceo. The company is just Brian Boswell and his wife. Brian likes to hide behind the sid v dana name so no one knows its him. Brian is the ceo he started the company. He thinks he can screw people out of the money and hide behind fake names. or tell people hes out of the picture and sandana is going under new management and every thing will be ok and theyll forget who screwed them.
I am sad to say I have done work for this company when they the owners club was an official club. I had to deal with brian a lot. Hes a smooth talker and will tell you what you want to hear (the guy use to sell time shares in hawaii). I would even be asked to ship sandana products from my own store to their customers to help them out. I did and figured it would it would wash out in the end and hed take care of me. I even dealt with the 2 am phone calls from someone who sounded drunk or not in the normal state of mind. His first voice mails would be nice. then they would go onto angry with a lot of swearing and telling me he needs money for stuff and asking me to western union it and all this other garbage. now to the good parts!
So recently I made a purchase for some product. It was for about a grand. I paypaled them the money jan/26/ 2013 for product. they responded promptly when they wanted money. then they ignored all calls and emails for over a week. then all calls went straight to voice mail. I filed a claim with with paypal and their phones magically started working again. They threatened to not ship my stuff until I took off the claim. complained because of me he couldnt meet payroll. All I asked for was a tracking number and told them I would release they claim. they refused. Checked the claim today they admitted to not shipping the item twice on the claim in 2/13 then filed a old tracking number from 12/22/2012 and told paypal I have already got my items and escalated the dispute. ---

Brian you need to stop hiding behind your fake sid v dana bs names and take responsibility for your actions and your company. You post on pbn and lie about who it is and make other people take the fall.... If you dont want to be honest with your customer and ship their products on time go back to hawaii and hustle time shares. Stop trying to **** over the people that have stood behind the company and made it possible for you to support your family....... I am truly disappointed I sold and stuck up for this company for so long.
Only advice I can give it to file a dispute with paypal, your cc company or your bank. I know email@example.com
got shut down for fraud and they opened up a new one firstname.lastname@example.org
. so if your orders are really old your prob going to have to go through your bank or cc company for a charge bank or maybe call paypal and see what they have to say.
