So, I've come to the conclusion that in order to make Class A have more teams (and make my life easier), we need to work on having more Class AA teams (who hopefully will become Class A teams!).
So, given that, it made sense to apply some of the organizational tricks we've learned from Class A to Class AA.
To begin with, please fill out the following with your school name and put an "X" next to the dates that work for your school. I'll then combine all the dates into one big calendar that we can use to plan events.
Please take into account the following:
-Holiday breaks e.g. Thanksgiving, Holiday breaks, Spring Break, Religious holidays
-School events e.g. Homecoming, dance-a-thons, home football games etc
-Exams e.g. Mid Terms, Finals, Reading days etc
-Dorm closings for the above
All dates below are Saturdays:

If enough schools respond, we can probably even do multiple events on one weekend (e.g. Event at Matt's and event in NJ) to keep driving down for everyone.
