These are excerpts from a recent North Korea military propaganda video:
They are using WWII machine guns with ancient pan-type magazines, the belt feds have at most a dozen rounds loaded, the foreground AK-47 has no bolt carrier and the soldier is pretending to recoil, they have RPG2 launchers which are completely ineffective against all current armored vehicles, and don't forget those are milled AK-47 rifles which signify pre-1959 production aka scrap rifles. You may also note the complete lack of webbing gear such as backpacks, mag pouches, admin pouches, dump pouches, etc.
Looks to me like a bunch of farming peasants taking whatever **** Russia and China labeled as scrap.
