Probably about 1200 shots, like most other spools.

You can probably get a hopper and 7-8 pods off a good fill so that sounds about right.

Look at it this way, a 45/45 gets me hopper and 4. So yeah something might be wrong there, unless ur running dwell really high.

Yeah I can tell there is something with it, but I've tried lowering my dwell back down to stock and it still is pretty bad.
Only thing I can think of is that my LPR is still up pretty high to try and fight all the bolt stick problems it was having

Probably. A high LPR can waste a lot of air. If you have bolt stick issues you can try doing some oring sizing to get the best fits possible. The drive trains are made in taiwan so the machining may not always be spot on. That means in tight spots, you want an oring that isn't as tight........in loose spots you want an oring that's tighter. Not all orings fit exactly the same so it's a trial and error thing. You may also be over lubing. Your ABS setting may be too low and too short. Your regs and LPR may need servicing. Your air paths could be clogged with dry grease.
Generally if you run a high dwell you should be able to lower your LPR more.
