Cyborg Rx questions

Hey all so i've been out of pb for a couple years. I sold both my macdev droids. I loved them. At that point the cyborg RX was just new. I have some questions though.

Whats the market price wise for the Cyborg RX?

Is it much louder than the Droid/Clone? I used an ego before and it was too loud for me.

What kind of maintenance is needed for the RX?

Price wise is between $400-450 i think. Maintanence is very easy. Make sure the bolt pin wont budge (dab of superglue) and you're good to go. The only issue i had with my RX is that the Gladiator reg pressure would need to be reset every couple months. Not a big deal as it should be regreased anyway. Other than that the gun is going to rip all day long. I have YouTube videos up with me shooting all my MD guns. Look under 'Killbox'. I think i linked it in the MD video page too. The RX isnt as quiet as the Droid but just about.

the rx is awesome. i still have mine i bought second hand last year. it really doesn't need anything. I love how smooth they are and how quiet they are for a poppet gun. Smooth beautiful body lines too. the ergonomics are great, the regulator is spaced far apart from the trigger frame. a true gunner's gun

i recommend a trigger but thats about it. i bought a clone vx regulator, vx feedneck, violent trigger, and pooty modded the bolt. thing is ridic

Market price can fluctuate heavily. I have seen rx's go from 300 to a 600 asking price but 350-450 is probably your best range. I shoot an rx as my main gun for now and love it. It is among the smoothest poppets I have ever shot. Slightly more kick than the older borgs but I take the trade off as the rx is lighter. It is louder than the macdev spools but I find it to be on level with noise and softness of some other spools out there. Is it the absolute gun in existence? No, the g6r will be slightly smoother, softer and a hair quieter but the RX is an animal and I wont shoot anything over it just yet (Hint hint there macdev!). The trigger is really all you need to upgrade but if you are playing ramp there is no need. The pooty bolts have gotten mixed reviews as far as being worth the investment. Maintenance is honestly eerily simple. Completely tool-less, bolt, drivetrain, reg, lpr, its a breeze. I disassemble and clean mine after every day of play for about 10 minutes of work and thats that.

Nice to hear your reviews. I've shot a lot of markers in my day (Alien Indy, DM series, Ego/ SL's, borgs, anything smart parts and more). I absolutely hated to sell my Droids. I loved them to death. I do hope i love my new baby the same. She's silver with purple accents. Thanks for the advice..
