I have seen this once before in an 06 Ego, Someone had lubed the rammer with grease and it got sucked into the noid. It would only shoot 250-260 with the HPR All the way open. After cracking open the noid and cleaning it, it shot fine.
Try cleaning out the noid if you can, or trying another if a friend has one.

Thats exactly what I think it is but how do u split the noid apart. If its the two screws I did that already....if not how do u split the noid apart? I will try a friends noid/bolt this weekend. Anything else I should look at?

Also make sure your LPR springs are in the correct way. Hope you get this figured out. I had some issues with my velocity on my 06 Dark, but it turned out my dwell was too low while my LPR was in too far.

ok guys checked lpr and dwell so its not that. Still havent gotten this thing to shoot above 265. I changed the back (electric) part of the solenoid and that wasnt the problem. Next thing im going to try will be the rammer. Other than that I have no idea what it could be.

All along this time have you tried different paint and chrono? Different tank?
Think outside the box a bit.

You never did specify what rammer your using. As stated the TI rammers were known to cause FPS problems.

if all is lubed and ready. dwell is set as correct as you can tell. it does sound like the solenoid issues. dwell sets the timing of the bolt to release air. so changing bolts shouldnt help. rammer would have to be adjusted by the dwell. so back to dwell being set right. and lpr is ok. then the solenoid is the only thing left. other than making sure the poppet springs and lpr spring is seated correctly.

Did you check the solenoid wires for fraying? Or the connection to the board? I had another marker (not PE) that would shoot low and inconsistent and found the solenoid wire was splitting right where the molex connector plugs into the corresponding connector on the board. It wasn't completely broken but I saw the wire sheath was split and some, but not all the wires inside had broke. Just happened to see it after trying alot of the same things you've done.
LPR set to flush? I thought Ego 7 lpr screw at stock setting was flush.
Anything else I think others have hit on. Good luck.

Some people have also noticed that the springs in the LPR of the '07s were getting weak and have replaced them to alleviate the issue. I remember reading about it in Bills thread a while back. Might be worth a shot, the springs are I think 8$ a piece, so a 16$ fix.

i had a similar problem with an ego 06; first tech changed qevs with no change, second tech changed o-rings, not sure where, but that fixed the problem.

ok so im going to the field tmrw. Idk what type of rammer is in it so im just gonna swap it out and try someone elses. Other than that I tried everything. Going to try and swap boards as well as a solenoid. I just changed the lpr springs not too long ago so its not them. I am just lost. Im usually the one to fix all my teammates guns and I even work the techcenter at the field from time to time and never have I been so lost. Will update once I test everything.
