Overbore w/ a Geo3

Hey guys,

When I used to shoot a matrix, I found that my Dye UL always shot more accurate, regardless of paint size, than trying to bore-match with a freak. I was just curious if anyone found it to be the same with a geo3 or if I should be looking to bore-match. Leave efficiency out of the question, I understand you'll sacrifice that a bit if you over-bore.

Definitely. I guess I'll rephrase. Given a high-grade tournament paint, has anyone noted an increase or decrease in accuracy if they over-bore their paint?

The ONLY things I notice when I overbore is a slight noise increase and velocity drop.

I only use .689 for any paint in my geo3 and it is amazingly accurate regardless. When people start using a small bore size the paint can break in the barrel regardless of brand, and can obviously lead to a completely untrustworthy shot.

IMO, .689 is the way to go with any and all paint.
