alias problem....HELP??

i have an 05 alias that the oid is acting up when i turn it on with they eyes on dry fire the noid does not click(hear it) but when i hit the reset i can hear it working, like it should. after it sits for a while(on) it goes back to not working untill i hit the reset. any ideals on if it is bad or not or maybe just a low batt. possible.. thanks

Replace the battery, make sure the dwell is at 8ms(unless you have a Virtue board).

The noid might need a cleaning.

well if the eyes are on and there's nothing blocking the eyes the noid shouldn't click. could that be your problem?

No eyes are off...like I said once I hit the reste on the noid it wouls start workin untill I stoped pullin the trigger and let it set for a min. It would go back to not working untill I reset it again.

As mentioned above, eBay or BLAST directly. There are also a lot of online stores that sell them. You can buy used ones in BST.

after checking the above suggestions and if it is in fact your noid (I would suggest cleaning it first) but if its shot and if you buy a noid I would suggest getting a brand new race noid from airsoldier.. for $55 as long as you can solder the connector plug from your old noid on you are golden. model number is 51801137

That's something I've dealt with with multiple gen3 frenzy boards. Run some air through it, if it works fine with air you're golden.

I called BLAST a few years back about this same "problem" and both guys I talked to said it was normal.
