Empire Axe Lurker Eigenbolt Problem
I installed the bolt correctly and started with the dwell at 4ms and operating pressure at 160, back cap one and half turns out. The bolt seems to cycle just fine when dry firing but when I load paint the balls just fall out of the barrel with every trigger pull. I tried tinkering with the settings and raising the pressure but still the same results for every new setting. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Did you try any of the 012 orings included for the bolt guide?

I installed one 012 o-ring to the bolt guide. The one furthest from the bolt tip and it seemed like it was way too snug but maybe I should try those and then fire to see?

mfarmy, maybe these high settings is some sort of break in period? I feel that those settings kind of defeat the purpose of having the bolt in the first place.

That's why I got rid of it, I shot nearly 10 cases through it and was unable to drop pressure or dwell to achieve consistency or velocity. I just didn't have luck with it at all like others have

I wish I could tell ya what to do, but I don't have much experience with the Lurker bolt. Usually Lurker has gotten here by now. Try PM'ing him.
Try it with only the stock orings, no 012. The 012 might be too tight. How much use has your Axe seen? It's a good idea to use stock bolt and settings until it's seen at least a few cases.

You might want to put the stock bolt back in it for 2-3 more cases of paint and let the entire setup break-in. You might have better luck after that.

This and a smaller bore barrel will help tons with consistency.
