The event is not open to the public. So the answer is no you cannot just come and walk around. The event is for busineseses to meet with suppliers and to train staff.

You can walk around and buy stuff if your a dealer, products are not priced for retail. Most items don't even have a price on them. Some guy who does't have a job and spends two days walking around the exibit wins $3,000 in prizes that's he's just going to dump on ebay instead of it helping a field/store keep their doors open.
