long time not speak/forum post chat haha Congrats on the little baby boy/girl(?)!!!

I've been doing well. If it's been more then a year since you poked your head here, I moved from Chicago area to Austin in February, so there's that, been loving every minute of it.

Other then a baby, how's life been?

I just did a post on a Cocker thread to support a player that still have his Cocker after 14 yrs.

I still have my mech Spyders and Cockers converted from electro to mech.

The only electro that is still working is my DP FX. My Matrix, Timmy have become wall hangers due to failed boards, solenoids. My Spyder Fenix did have a failed clapper noid, but it was a low cost replacement.

I was out at a game a few weeks ago, I had my LP Sonix Spyder and out of 50 players, one of them was a pump player. Every kid had an electro. Myself and the pump player survived every single game during the day. I only shot three pods of paint, he shot one pod on his pump. The kids, well.... sorta accuracy via volume.

One kid looked at my mech and had the nerve to tell me he was going to "kick my ***".

We got older and busier. Most new guys just move on and the original guys are just gone without notice for the most part. It been like this for a couple years now. I believe PhantomGhost is the guy behind the curtain right now, but even he hasn't posted here in a while.

I actually figured kingman would be doing a lot better now. I mean, they seem to be doing ok, but when they did the vs1,2,3 and rs and rsx, it was everything that people kept asking for from kingman. LP, eyes, and a fast trigger with a great board. Then they went back downhill.

I'm just getting back into it and bought an RS and am getting a M7 tadao board shortly.

These new spyders don't break and not much really needs to be done to them if their 08 and newer.

It rained today in norther Il. So I suppose come morning it will be frozen... over the snow.

In other news... the weather in Texas is crazy! One day it's hot and cold the other!

I'm understand why they changed the fenix from the electra, but the electra in my books takes the cake.

yep, it was either getting an electra or an rs for me. The RS was 60 refubished, I couldn't argue with that.

Anyways, I've been with spyder for a while.

I put wayyyy too much money into that e99.

Correction opty, the weather in dallas is crazy. It is AMAZING here in Austin. It's been a consistant high 60s to high 70s for the past few weeks. Only this week it's been dipping into the 60s. Finally getting a little rain these past 2 days. First time in quite a few months we've gotten anything significant sustained over a few hours lol

but the weather you're experiencing, that's what it was like in the Chicago area, we'd have days, it'd be 60 in the morning and 20 by nightfall and you'd have every type of precipitation possible, rain, snow, hail, you name it all in one day haha

PA weather is just simply not good. Hitting the negatives in the winter at night, and getting up to near 100's during the summer. Probably somewhat like Chicago, just not quite as cold.
