Luxe 1.0 Leak near top of the grips! ***help***

Well, Nation, I've recently received a Luxe 1.0 in a trade the other day only to find out that it has a leak in it. I have replaced orings on the bolt, some on the regulator, one between the asa and frame, and the one between the frame and body. I am not able to determine what is causing the leak, but it is coming out of the area pictured below when it airs up. It's a constant stream of air, there is no gradual increase... it is just a ****ing leak. Help me, Nation!

P.S. - I'm a noob when it comes to Luxe's, so explain all of the terms that you use, please

*** The picture is not my Luxe, I am just not able to send picture messages to my email right now ***

Try turning your regulator down and see if that helps.

Otherwise it could be that the orings on the manifold need to be replaced or lubed up, or are just not seated correctly.

What's the "manifold?"

Also, how do I adjust the regulator pressure?

The pressure is not the issue.

It gets louder when I tighten it, lower when I loosen it. Sounds like the velocity is working correctly, but it's after the pressure goes through the regulator... any suggestions?

What's the "reg seat"?

It's obviously in the regulator, just looking for a bit more detail

Reg seat is on the bottom of the piston, a clear plastic piece. Takes some minor disassembly to get to.

reg seat looks fine.

I'm getting pissed off at this issue... would anyone like to contribute to the solution before I have to send it to DLX?

The last thing I could say to check is the manifold. Sometimes those orings get really dry if never lubed since the factory.

Also..you checked the frame to body oring right?

When you tighten the regulator you are actually increasing the pressure and decreasing when you loosen the reg.. I'm guessing you are just over pressurizing the noid.

I've loosened it all the way, and there was still a leak.

its most likely the frame to body oring or an oring on the manifold which is connected to the noid. but not to bash it sounds like you have no idea what you are doing, my best advise have someone who knows how to fix it fix it or send to DLX.

I now know what the manifold is, I was unsure at first.

Also, I am learning as it goes... isn't that how everyone starts off?

Oh, and thanks for the link!
