So... I had a bad leak out of the asa in the gap between the asa and the grip frame. For some reason, i had thought that my tank was outputting 400 psi, but it was instead at 600. Good thing that i only had my g6r connected to the 600 psi tank for a total time of about 30 minutes. Anyways, i am afraid that there was some damage done since it was leaking from the ASA area and would sometimes have a super small leak by what i believe is the poppet or that general region. However, this small leak by the poppet went away once i started firing the marker. I changed the output pressure of my tank and before i fill it and connect it to my gun, do i have to relube and where? Was there any damage done? Do i only have to relube the asa area and not have to open up the ENTIRE gun?

Not a bad problem. Take off the asa, reseat your orings, and relube them.

If it's an 11, take out the front knob, check the oring for wear, replace if necessary, and lube it, Then Reinstall.

It is an 11 G6R. It was leaking from the place where the ASA connected to the grip frame since the Oring that connects the two wasn't able to hold the pressure. Why would the oring on the knob be damaged? Also, should i used dow 55 on all the orings in the ASA including the pin oring and the airtransfer oring?

It's just another leaking point. Take off the asa and replace the main one there. Dow 55 is necessary.

Ok. I tried replacing the oring already and no difference. Is it very possible that the cause is not using dow 55 and using a 600 psi tank? Will i have to open up the entire gun to relube the air transfer tubes that held 600 psi?

Dow 55 swells the orings, you can get leaks without using it.

The metal of the gun is fine, 600 psi isn't going to rupture aluminum. It's your seals that took the damage so start replacing orings/making sure they are not blown out of place and lubing with dow 55 until the leaks stop.

Ok. I know i definitely have to look at the ASA orings. Do i have to look at the orings in the main body of the gun?
