IMO the Geo 3 is a Geo 2.1 with a quieter shot, a pod or two more efficiency... and a $1,350 price tag. The Ego 11 on the other hand is the culmination of everything Eclipse has done with that line of markers and you can pick up new ones in just about any color from ANS gear. Much better value to me.
You will probably also get some responses that the Clone GT, G6R, etc. are better performig and to be honest I would agree with that. Also, word is Eclipse might have a new Ego (possibly different name though) in the works but nothing's confirmed as far as I know.

I'm going to a tech course this month, and all the new companies will be there with new products coming out in later months, so I'll let you know if Eclipse comes out with anything new c;

Between those 2, I'd take the ego with a DART kit.

Sike, I'd be arrested if I told anyone details about that lol but it depends on your preference in regards to the Geo3 and Ego11. Geo3 will be smoother and quieter, but not as air efficient and reliable as an Ego11.

Sorry, but I don't buy this at all. The geo has very few orings to fail so I'd say that they're equally reliable. The geo also isn't a particularly smooth spool and I think the ego with a DART kit is just as smooth, although it has a much different feel. In this case the best discriminating factor is probably just feel.

Go to your nearest store. Hold them both. Decide which feels better in your hands. They are both great markers. The geo is quieter and smoother, but the ego is more efficient, and many people like the poppet more than the spool. mainly it is really just your personal opinion. There isn't a "Better marker."

I have owned a Geo+ and a Geo 2 and my Geo3 is on order. I have owned a 08 ego, 09 ego, ego10. To say the Geo platform is any less reliable then the Ego is so off base. I have never had any problems out of my Geo's.

I sold an Ego11 with DART to get a Geo3. Loving it.
