locked out of old account

Hey,

I have an old account from 2004 that I lost my password to. I had it sent to my old email address (all of which was forwarded to my new address). Unfortunately, when I had my password sent a few days ago, I realized my old email was deactivated, so my new password is lost somewhere in cyberspace. Is there anything I can do to get back into my old account, or have an admin update my email for me?
