Like Boss said look into getting the Lurker barrel they have two bore sizes I bought the .679 and have had great results with it. Its the only barrel I use with my axe and I never had a problem with it.

ABS dwell should be two milliseconds more than regular dwell.
ABS wait, maybe about 30 seconds
BIP time depends on what loader you're using and how many BPS you're shooting.
Leave all the debounce settings at zero.

So Im not getting such great efficiency. My settings are 150-160psi, velocity adjuster 1.5 turns out, short spring, and 4ms dwell with slick honey as my lube of choice. Im currently using either a .689 or .691 sly barrel, which Im switching out for a .683 sly barrel, along with a 45/45 peanut tank. Would the barrel be that much of a difference in efficiency since Im currently overboring? or how should I adjust my settings? And is .683 a good choice for bore size?

Overboring will certainly reduce efficiency, since gas is escaping past the ball and down the barrel. No one can give you a specific bore to use, since it depends on the type of paint, the batch, the weather...
Aim for a tight paint to barrel match, which would generally require .675-.684, depending on your paint size at the time of use. Just don't go too tight or you can cause barrel breaks.
I use the Lurker barrels (679/684) or the Empire Sniper barrel kit (675/680/685)

yeah thats exactly what i was thinking, so ill be better off with getting the .683. Maybe Ill try swapping out the springs to see if thatll give me better efficiency.

Springs will not changer it much at all. You would be better off bringing the back cap in half a turn and running a slightly higher PSI.

Use the standard setup as in the instruction. Then adjust your velocity with the reg.

My gun was fine up until today. Using a 679 freak at dwell 3 ( so one trigger pull) and 1.5 turns out. It was shooting 295 last week now it was shooting 280. Same paint.
At about 160 psi

That dwell sounds wrong. One trigger pull on the stock board is .25ms. Maybe double check your settings. For a dwell of 3ms you would need 12 trigger pulls.

Uhm...no? With a shockwave board, 1 pull is 3 ms. 12 pulls would be 8.5 ms. Even went and double checked in the manual. 3ms is the lowest it can be (on a shockwave, the now stock board).
As for sofla, try bumping it up to like 4-5, see what happens.

Has the temp in your area changed much. What kind of lube to your use and have you clean all of the old lube out and relubed? The poppet is the most important to make sure gets cleaned and lubed.

I have an Axe LTD PDD (redline, barrel kit) and an Infamous bolt...
It is winter in the UK, so cold and my settings are:
145psi ish - 4ms - medium spring - velocity 1.5 turns out - .685 insert - paint is about .687.
Shooting approx 275fps.
1st run out and shot 2 boxes of paint - not one ball break.

Hey boss! It was a little cooler than usual. I live in south Florida. It's usually only one temperature: HOT! Haha anyway. I cleaned my gun and lubed everything the night before I played. I used sleek. I'm gonna clean off the lube and try again. I feel like I might have over done it with the lube. Any other suggestions?
