With an average of fapping 3 times a day everyday since the age of 10 (now 21) while factoring in days I didn't fap, and days I went ****ing ballistic on my weiner, it evens out...kinda. So after googling how many days are in 11 years (unsure if it counts leap years) I multiply that number to 3, the average times I fap in a day. Thus bringing me to 12051 faps.
Keep a journal and randomly select days to keep track of your fap count. Find the average (or median if it is necessary) and multiply by the number of days since the first fap was fapped.
