2 timmy problems
first problem more so a question i have a massive down the barrel leak on my gen 2 ironman timmy, i'm assuming its orings which i'm going to replace but on the ought chance its not could the teflon spacer that sits on the valve/poppt cause my issue it looks very worn, where can i get one?
2nd
My g6r Timmy when first aired up goes to full pressure meaning 450 psi tank gauges show 450 psi until i fire the gun a few shots, this one not only has me baffled but the techs at bob long were scratching there heads as well
thanks guys!

for the ironmen there are a few things that will cause a leak down the barrel.
-poppet oring 006
-ram sleeve orings 112
-white cup seal (washer) or poppet.
try swapping the 006 oring on the poppet first be sure to lube with dow 55 in the oring groove before installing oring...and dry fire few times to see if it seals up.
good luck

Barrel leak is likely the poppit seal, if it's not that it could be the valve orings.
As for the G6R I had a bad pressure tester that only ever read the HPR output across both gauges and caused my LPR to be bypassed when it was screwed in (causing the solenoid overpressure hose to blow off) so your pressure tester might be messed up. Does it do the same thing with any other testers?

a punctured body from the front frame screw has absolutely nothing to do with a leak down the barrel....nothing.....

ive order a complete oring rebuild kit i figured i'll just change them all out,
i don't think the tester is the issue because if i chrono the gun the first 1-2 shots are way hot like 340 then down to 280 after that, and i put the same tester on another gun and it read properly

If you can find an empire poppet valve for your ironman that will solve a lot of issue. It replaces the metal poppet and removes the need for the teflon disc as it takes place of both. Probably the best option.

Yeah you're right I was not thinking that through lol. Stacked tubes, how do they work?
It was a lot easier to answer tech questions when I had my gun in front of me.

True, but if the ramsleeve is pushed up cause of the bump in the body or from the screw, that would cause the front oring of the sleeve to allow air to pass by, giving you a leak down the barrel.

Yeah that wasn't what I meant I'm an idiot and wasn't keeping my troubleshooting straight.
Down the barrel is most likely the poppit or valve orings at the end of your ram sleeve and that's my final answer.
