Bolts
Contemplating picking up a bolt for my new shocker in a couple of weeks, I've been reading up on both the lurker and the techt.
Anybody who has owned both can they give me a run down on what they preferred?. I'm swinging more towards the techt right now although are the gains experienced as good as that lurker.
I would of searched for a thread with this question already in it from before, but I went so far, found none and gave up .

Stay away from the tech t bolts. They can be hit or miss. If you're thinking about buying an eigen NOW is the time to buy it, they will soon be no longer for sale. If you're looking for a cheaper but decent option, I'd recommend the ndz v3 that can be found used in the bst section. Then contract rhino for a spring.

I'd shoot the Lurker over the TechT. As Shooter stated there are only a few left for sale by Lurker.
If you choose to keep looking for other bolts check out Pooty's bolt or search for the ATlas bolt(coming soon I hope). Maybe you can find a cheap NOX bolt in b/s/t.

I think it's safe to say that:
Lurker
Pooty/NDZ Speed bolt
V3m with Rhino1xl spring
Evolve v2 kit with Rhino1XL spring
Iso polished and sprung HE with QEV mod and tail drilling done to it.
Other ****
And then once ATL's ATLas bolt is done, we see where that goes on the list.
other ****

Running a Lurker in my kids shocker, I really like how it works in his SFT. Just pay attention to the o-rings fit and it seems to rock. I use it playing speedball.
It is more efficient then the HE bolt and as it breaks in, I think it is going to get better.
Do the hand break in thing first, I have not torn an o-ring and up to 2 cases.

Dude said he's doing patents. so, either he's out of his mind, or he has come up with something so ground breaking that it will change spool valves across the board. I pm'd him the other day and he said he's not far out..... I thought patents took forever and a day to get.
IM NOT SPEAKING FOR HIM, THIS IS JUST WHAT IVE READ AND TALKED ABOUT WITH PEOPLE

I believe I know which part of the atlas bolt is being patented if that is the case. Needless to say its a pretty cool feature and I wish I could say more.

the techt gives no performance of a stock he bolt. it looks identical to the he accept for the open face. the spring is also inferior to the rhino spring.
if your going to spend the money go lurker

This makes me curious.
Patent applications apply immediately, real patents take more than 3 years.
There's a curious foible coming up with uspto march 16 they switch from first to invent to first to file, which makes prior art that wasn't applied for irrelevant. So unless I file an application on the shocker eigenbolt before then someone could actually own it in the patent system.
Btw this is another example of legislating for big business
