Left my axe aired up... uhoh
So I left my empire axe aired up.......It must have been for about one week now.
So um... Yea. Am I screwed? When I noticed it still had air pressure, I ended up simply turning the on/ off to off. But it didn't de-gas. I had to fire the last remaining shot out. Then I re-aired it up and immediately de gased it and it de-gased fine. Im just concerned I may have damaged something. Could this have potentiallt screwed up or damaged my gun?

nothing wrong with it, it didnt de gas right away because the Empire Relay isnt 100% perfected. i think they are leaving it how it is, it is no big deal. just minor flaw

anyone ever keep their stuff aired up this long or a few days with no problem? I figured the continued high air pressure after days and days could potentially damage internal hoses, the regulator, etc

It will be fine. I've done this at one point or another with all my markers (about 12 to date).

I once had a friend who never degassed his guns, i saw him leave several different designs and brands aired up for weeks. He never had issues, I don't think you will.

More than likely you will be fine. For good measure, don't leave your tank on in general when you store it to avoid this kind of problem!

I'v heard of people leaving their guns aired up for lengths of time to break in regulator springs. I doubt it was very effective without actually cycling them though, though I could see it having it a small effect on the orings.
