03 Robtown Valves?
Do these even exist for sale anywhere now? Just curious.
Also, forgive me if this is a ridiculous question, but since DC appears to still have 04 RT valves in stock, are they in any way compatible with 03 Vikings? Why or why not?

No they are not compatible...different shaft sizes...

Only way your going to find a 03 RT Valve is going to buy one used or buy a gun that already has one in it. I bought a gun that already had it in it to get one.

Yeah that's what I was figuring... That'll have to wait cuz there's some more basic stuff I need to pick up first before hunting for a RT valve. Thanks for the advice though!
