I started paintball with a Tippmann and have really enjoyed them except for 2 things. They're long and not center feed. This gun fixed both.
A video of programming would be awesome

The gun itself woeks fine, but lets face it, the cyclone never has, and never will be a very reliable feeder. I've had a couple friends who have had to replace parts of them after not that much use.

Ive never had an issue with a Cyclone. If you dont take care of it itll wear faster than if you did.

Got my Crossover yesterday. Lots of rub on the barrel and side of the body where they slid back in forth on the cardboard box in transit. However, the barrel was separated from the body in the box. The clamping lever and sprocket had vibrated apart and were loose in the box. Both a rotor and old 9vt revvy fit nicely in the feedneck. Doesn't appear to have shipped with a battery.
I have no air, have to wait till Sunday to shoot it.

I looked at one today at the local shop while buying the wife a new marker/hopper/tank setup. I'm a scenario and rec player and really like it. The whole go to mechanical mode if the battery dies has me about ready to buy. Any issues with it? Apparently just buy a decent barrel and shoot away?

When i make the trip out to play paintball thats the last thing i want to worry about.
Now that being said, when those speedballers were playing, i learnt alot more about the game of paintball as they would make ridiculous tight shots through holes in bunkers and were very hard to hit as they were always able to be so much tighter against bunkers then most bush ballers with stocks on their guns. This interested me so i was considering spending some cash on a space gun. Now that the crossover is out, i hope to compete with the speedballers that show up and make those tight shots i couldn't before with my bushball gun.

Speedball guns not working? Not trolling here but in the last year playing nearly weekly year my "fancy, shiney space guns" have gone down twice o-ring on one and the ASA backed off the rail ( stupid me didn't use locktite ) when I changed it. I give credit where credit is due though Tippmann does make a very reliable product in many varieties, but to say Tippmann = perfect and everyone else = bad is close if not the definition of being a "Fanboy".
