I'm currently shooting a Mokal Aura (2007) and considering upgrading to a dangerous power fx (i saw one last weekend and got jealous lol). Is the dangerous power really worth the steep $500 price tag and what features would it hold that i dont already have with a gun like my aura?

Thanks in advance with anyone who helps out i just get really cautious when i consider putting that kind of money out

id say buy a 2011 mokal aura everyone will be jealous but watch mike (paintball****** on youtube)s review on it its a good review

I love my aura and i was considering the new one (you'd think it cost more than the original so it must be better right?) but i saw pics of the new aura taken apart and i saw it uses a spring trigger (which is a downgrade from the originals magnetic) and idk i got skeptical if they cheaped out on the new one. I guess i need to see it in action to decide if the new aura is any good. But im open to suggestions to any gun in the $400-$500 range. I just never really liked the feel of minis and so far i like the fusion more than the etek

fx is awsome man like that guy said watch review. also the oled board, 1300-1500 balls a tank is nice to.

Plus if you look in the DP forum, I think it's Marcusgar21 has a thread talking about some serious upgrades that are coming for the FX, he's testing them now. I don't remember what all but I know there's a new ram. The FX is a solid gun.

alright i think im gonna lean toward the fx then. i been watching vids of it shooting and when its uncapped the RTF is pretty insane and looks like it can keep up with any upper level gun. i got to fire one a little bit and its pretty effortless to get it moving. thanks

I have been testing parts....

Ram that is a 3rd the weight of the stock (compression of springs needed for best results.)
Bolts w/inserts, doing great with these....
HVVC, havent dont much with it. but it did bring my shots a lot closer over the chrono

Get the FX, i have one and it is amazing, its an ego killer

Or a used Geo is awesome too. Shoots and was a 1200 dollar marker.

unfortunately even used a geo is still like $700 and out of my price range. But yea i've watched the video of the fx shooting uncapped and it shoots just as fast as an ego for $600 less and still didnt break a single ball so im defintely looking into that. the only thing i heard bad about it is its a little rough on brittle paint so in time a different bolt may be needed. and marcusgar i actually saw ur post with all the upgrades coming out so im pretty much sold on the fx (thanks everyone! lol) just need to sell my mokal or save up another $200 whichever comes first
