For People With Glasses
Don't bash me on this thread, its clearly for newer people who have problems with glasses fog. Not lens fog.
If you guys have trouble with your glasses fogging use a Sandana or some sort of head-wear that will catch your forehead sweat because your glasses fog from the built up humidity in your mask. For some of my friends the fans don't always work for them, but it all depends on how sweaty you get, Lol.
IKR? Its so obvious but a lot of people were complaining at the field I play at about this problem so i just thought I would put this out here...

I always wear a sandanna, headwrap, or headband and still suffer from glasses fogging up. What I've used to combat the issue is Rain-X. A little bit of rain-X on your glasses can keep the fog off for most of, if not the whole day.
It's dirt cheap, located at all car parts stores/target/wal mart, and a bottle will last you years.

I know this sounds drastic but I switched to contact lenses specifically to play paintball. Only wore them during games so they lasted for a while. Now I wear them all the time.

Do you mean wash them with soap or keep the soap on there while you play. And what kind of soap are you talking about?

i use liquid soap as antifog. you rub it in till you can no longer see it.
not all liquid soap is the same, some are better than others. simple test would be put one only on the left or right lens and try it out. i also use the bathroom mirror to test. wipe half of you mirror with some and leave it there for a few weeks. when you shower only one side should steam up, usually last about 2 to 4 weeks before the soap starts to run.
