Yea ill be 27 in a few weeks and even though I take fairly good care of myself, I definitely feel it after awhile. Mostly I'm just concerned that this minor knee pain (back of my knee, dull stretching pain that happens randomly) is just a strain or sprain because of the extra work my back knee has been getting. I've been working alot on presses and getting my Ollie's high as **** so I've really been loading up on that knee. I'm also wondering if ducking out my back foot a little more (I ride 12,-9) might help some. There's like maybe 6-8 weeks left of this season.. I just need to make it through that.
Edit: on the upside, my Ollie's are def getting bigger. This is just a pop off a flat spot on a run
