White flashes at the beginning were irritating.
There was 45 seconds of paintball in the first 2 minutes of the video. :-/
What is your friend shooting with? Doesnt look very sharp/HD. Might need to be more careful when he is downloading/converting/editing the footage.
Also might work on shooting from different angles. Some of the b-roll footage could've really benefited from being shot at lower or higher angles.
