valken g6r pillow bolt lp poppit with pressure tester as of now hp is 180 lp 75 using new liquid filled gauges that i had my qc departmeant check to make sure they are dead nuts on the readings and they are. bought a 10 times oring rebuild kit lube DOW 55 molykote 5.3 tube and triflow. i did a full rebuild on the entire gun tested it on 2 low pressure tanks yesterday and this damn thing wouldnt even chrono it just stacks balls in the barrel its not breaking them also with no loader and paint it cycles like its farting then it takes off into full auto has anybody figured this issue out i followed the stickys and all the advice what is going on with this marker there are a few posts of guys having the same problem just have to read back a few pages and one guy put up a video of what his marker was doing the same thing is happing to my marker anybody figure this issue out other than sending it in to blast?
im leaning towards the noid but its cycling aired up and not aired up when aired up with pressure tester all settings are fine. when the gun shoots with tester on im getting a 5psi drop off then back to 180 and 75 no reg creep still enough blue lock tight to keep that screw from backing out. Body alignment is fine 4 orings to keep in mind and spring and poppit line up too.
Just cause it cycle doesn't mean it's fully cycling.
With air going to the marker, push the little red button on the side of the solenoid. That should force cycle the marker. You can listen to the sounds difference between doing that and when pulling the trigger.
alright just tried that. leaks when you start to push the button in then goes full auto gun on eyes off so i can do trigger pulls as well. the issue is the same manual red button cycle vrs the trigger. so now its looking like im putting a new noid in it. great anthor 80 to 90 bucks i have to put in to this gun after buying the slp reg pressure tester new gauges to go with the tester the right lube and oring kit awesome
It shouldn't go full auto, you need to use a ball point pen or something similar to fully depress the button. Don't forget to hold the bolt back. Pushing the button in and holding it there should make the bolt move forward and stay there until the button is released.
my fix was a new noid, but had a guy pm me with the same problem he took his noid apart and cleaned the dow out of it and he fixed his problem, also check that air line does not have dow in it as well.
