Calfo has expressed interest in helping out coaching as well as Kaz. Hopefully Kyle will be involved this year again as well. I am working on transportation possibilities for Kaz and will be talking to Calfo to try and get some sort of schedule worked out.

Houk and I will also be meeting next week to come up with a tentative practice schedule and some other managerial things. Break time is over boys.

Jared and anthony will also be available to make it to daves on the 17th ... I would like to have as many of our guys there as possible... This isnt a "MANDATORY" practice but I thinkk it would benefit all of us to start getting back out into the grind and start honing our skills for this season.

There is but 1 objective for this season, be the best possible team we can be. With the potential Ive seen come from this team in the last 2 years plus the addition of a couple new players I really feel like we can be the team to beat this season, not only in the USPA but in other leagues on the national scale in the form of PSP or NPPL. Our goal is to be the team to beat, and never let anyone take that away. Get your **** together boys, its about to be a wild ride.

Those of you attending Practice on 02/17 I will be collecting Player Dues there. Cash or Check, If you are not attending 02/17 the Player Dues are due the15th via Cash, Check or Paypal. Also, if you odered Luxe parts I may have them if I can find them. Put them away and forgot where and could have even been tossed. Got to look in the PB Shop today.

I’m reading some good stuff on here… we’re doing spring condition, getting a practice/drill schedule together and motivating each other to push ourselves to be the best we can be!

glad everybody is on board with the current spring program we're trying to establish. Sunday will be a good grind for us boys. By the sounds of it there should be a decent amount of players/teams there. If everybody could be at daves by 10:00 am that would be optimal. I have a short team meeting in store before play on sunday, then we hit it.

FYI - for all interested in group-training for the Pittsburgh half marathon:

If we decided to do this race the weekend of Friday, May 3, and wanted to do so following a 12-wk training schedule, this would mean we start training next Monday, Feb 18.

We could always start a given schedule a week or two in, but the schedules are pretty much set up so if any bum-off-the-couch started running the miles listed on the schedule for each day from the beginning, they would have no problem running the goal distance at the end.

I will look around for other options around the West PA / East OH area for this spring and see if anything else could be in our interest.

Yes this Sunday the 17th at Dave's, and Alex I'm working on getting John to bring something like 13 cases. If he can bring it we will still have to buy it (its not ours left over) but it will be heavily discounted ...

Meeting with Geldersma tonight to discuss practice and managerial arrangements for this season. Everybody will be updated on Sunday for finalization of our terms and intentions for the season.

I will be bringing paint.I think it is 13 cases of Spectrum. I will get it out of the shop today into my heated area of the garage. This will be $25 a case. I will open a couple of cases to check condition since the PB Shop is not heated. I will post.

After talking with Houk and Geldersma, it sounds like the consensus is that we want to do a 5k race some time in April.

After looking around I think these two might be our best options:

Given the race we would be looking at an 8 week training schedule. This means starting next week for the run in PA or starting 3 weeks from now for the one in OH. I guarantee any of us could stand up, go outside and run 5k right now. The point of following an 8 week schedule with and end goal race would be to have a regimen to realize progress/results from and have a conditioning goal to work toward as a team.

What do you guys think?

April 13th in PA or 17th in OH??
