I'm confused. You said when you cock it back it cocks back? Do you mean when you cock it back it "burps" when you fire? Or do you mean it does not stay in a cocked position? If the latter then you may have a bad seer, seer spring or a bad striker. If the first, try replacing the striker O-ring with a factory unit (don't use a generic buna o-ring, you'll have problems)

did you clean and lube it? Pull the bolt and striker out and rub a dab of oil on the o-rings, then before put your air tank on a drop in the ASA then dry fire.
Its more than likely o-rings or you assembled something wrong.

I'd consider replacing the capacitor.

It doesn't stay cocked back, I shoot once and it goes back to its original position

Like <GOD> said, may be the capacitor. Open the grips, and look for a black cylinder with 2 wires connected straight to the board. It's kinda big. Inspect the front of the capacitor (opposite end from the wires), see if it's swollen or bulging out. If so, it's gone bad. New capacitors are cheap, just takes a little soldering finesse to remove the old one and put in a new one. There are guides online, maybe even a video. I've done it successfully (on an Imagine, no less), and i suck at that sort of thing.

Sounds like there isn't enough air to recock the marker. Is there enough air in the tank? (you never know lol)
Have you disassembled then gun recently? If so, check to see if you have the valve in the correct position with the bigger hole facing the barrel and the smaller hole facing the striker.
Be sure to inspect all o-rings and to make sure all parts are assembled in the correct order.
Also from a previous issue. Make sure there isn't anything in between the valve and the strinker when assembling back together (lol)

I misunderstood the original question. New suggestion: make sure the striker buffer is BEHIND the striker and not in front.
