What is best bore size for boomstick barrel

I have an 08 ego, I want to get the new dye boomstick. What is the better bore size to use .680 or .684?

All depends on your field paint

I use mostly anything rps.... Marbs, all stars, stinger. And pmi premiums too

I would personally go with the .684 for any marker thats semi, or any ramping. .680 for pump

So true for home field can shoot a 678, but everywhere else I seem to play a 684 is considered under boring.

I got a 689 ultralite but when I play with the paint at my fields it's over bored to ****. But I don't want to under bore it either so I'm prob jus gonna get the 684

I'd go .680 if you shoot RPS.

I have a .688 and find that I should have gone with a .684 most of the time.
Most paint rolls through the .688 these days except for the really old and dimpled stuff.

And to be brutally honest, the CF boomstick is a waste of money unless you get it for really cheap like I did.
