Like other have said look into crossfit...
If you can't afford crossfit you can do similar types of work outs as well. I do these when I can't make it to my crossfit class..
I'd also at least recommend buying a pullup bar for $30.
You could pick 4-5 of these work outs and do 4-5 rounds and be done in 20-30min
15 pushups (you can do all sorts of pushups... wide, regular, diamond)
15 air squats
10 pull ups
200-800m run (depending how your cardio is)
10 burpees (google it)
40 mountain climbers (google it)
30-40 hollow rocks (google it)
If you want to spend another $20-30 build a box for box jumps...
You can literally do any combination of the work outs listed above. Lower the amount of rounds and raise the amount of reps per work out and vice versa. Keep shocking your body.

If you can't get a more structured workout (P90X, Insanity, Crossfit, etc.) this will work. Does not cost must, just your time. I would add in try to run 2-4 miles a day. If you can't run that far, start with walking 2 miles, then run for a little bit and walk. Keep increasing how far you run. It will not take long before you will be running the whole way. Then slowly increase your distance. If you can get to the point where you can run for 2 miles, you will be amazed at how much it helps your game.
