I have a 45/45 tank where the clear coating is cracked it's about a inch long I bought it with a gun package and it's still in hydro but curious if it's safe to still use... And if not can u send them in to get fixed or is it just trash now?

Unfortunately, cracked clear coat is becoming more and more of a "norm". Filling a tank causes expansion and the cool looking clear coat used by many suppliers to dress up a tank just doesn't expand like it should.
If the crack is just in the coating and does not uncover any fibers, then it is just cosmetic. however, if it has cracked down to where you can see or feel the fibers, then it could be on it's way to the scrap heap and should be professionally inspected/evaluated.

Call the company that made it and make sure to let them know.

Just turn it in for hydro early and have it repaired at that time.

Any idea on how much a repair would be like this one here?

Each manufacturer has a different way of handling cracked tank warranty issues. You will want to call the manufacturer of the bottle you have a crack in to see if there is any cost associated with getting it fixed.
If yours is a Ninja, we have a program in place where you can send it in for free to get a new gel coating applied and the bottle manufacturer will also pay for the return shipping to get it back to you. It takes 3-5 business days from the date they receive your bottle to get the work completed and ship the bottle back to you
