The CPL and CPX Sports would like to thank O'hare Paintball for hosting our inaugural event. Our first event kicked off with 17 teams competing for the top 3 places which gave away a total of $900 cash, 15 cases of RPS/EMPIRE paintballs, 1 entry into the next event, and 3 custom trophies. We would also like to thank John and Pigpen as our ultimate and head refs along with Chicago Infamous for keeping everyone honest on the field. The ref staff was absolutely outstanding. We would also like to thank Chris Raehl from the APPA for providing the players of the CPL with on-site registration, CPL/PSP ID cards , and score keeping. The tournament went according to plan with extra help from Ohana PB and Dave Wilson.

And... a big thanks to all of the players who participated. Just know, we will push on to make this series the best PSP Affiliated league in the world. We believe this first event shows how serious we are to make that happen.
