Before you just go out and buy another reg, next time, call us and let us know the solution we gave you did not work. It always pays to call the manufacturer before going out and spending money on something you dont need.

The Ultralite and Standard regulator have the ability to be adjusted down to anywhere from 425-500psi at the lowest setting, up to 800psi which is what they ship from the factory at. Each of these two regs differ slightly in pressures due to the silver coil spring inside, since the tolerances in each silver spring are slightly different from spring to spring, which is why some systems include 2 red and no silver shims, or 2 red and 1 silver, or 2 red and 2 silvers, etc.

If you remove both red shims and 1 silver shim (if your reg came with silver shims), that will get you down low enough to use on a marker that requires 450psi from a tank regulator.

This is a Teflon O-ring and Buna may not seal up correctly. The Teflon orings are very hard compared to Buna.

On a luxe, I would recommend 550psi. Remove 2 silver shims inside the Ninja PRO Adjustable regulator and leave the third one inside to achieve 550psi.

I recently picked up a ninja 77 ci tank which is my 3rd ninja tank. You guys are awesome. One question I took my reg apart to make it LP but there was only 2 silver shims inside. I took them out and its running just fine on my G6R but almost every ninja reg I have had has more then 2 shims. Is this normal?

Grats on the new 77! Hope you're ready to start carrying around like 2 cases when you walk on the field haha! You're never going to run out of air before you run out of paint with a 77 on a g6r

In regards to only having 2 silver shims inside, I'll need to know which regulator you have before I can help you out. Do you have one of the Adjustable Regulator or Pro Adjustable?

And you are right. Never worry about air until I am breaking down the cardboard from the first case.

Not to sound like a jerk or anything but ive called multiple times and gotten the same answer to change an oring ive already changed ive also replaced the piston and all the orings inside and out to no avail and to avoid any further run arounds I bought a new reg to keep me in the event, just frustrated that a basically new reg leaks 2 months after I got it in an obvious design flaw as others have the exact same issue thanks for your help thus far

If you call us and you tell us that our solution to fix your problem doesnt work, we will try something else. You just have to let us know that whatever we recommended didnt work for you.

And as far as an obvious design flaw, I would think that EVERY ninja regulator would have this issue if there was indeed a flaw with our design...

Used my tank I am having problems with yesterday to set up my markers for a big scenario at the end of February. Used up all the air and made sure tank was degassed. Here are some pictures of the gauge. Is it reading correctly?

Zero dollars. If you go through the process, you'll see a UPS label that you print out with our bottle manufacturer's UPS Account number on it. This is a no cost warranty program.

Yes, its reading accurate. These tank regulator gauges are not the expensive liquid filled or certified gauges so they will not be exactly 100% accurate. If you have no air and the needle is resting on or around zero, then its correct. All tank regulator gauges can be off by up to 10%

Could you do me a favor? Drain your system of all of the air inside of it, take a picture of the gauge and please post it? I want to see what the gauge reads once the bottle is completely empty.
