You'll have to regulate the incoming air somehow, or you're going to overpressurize the valve, which means the hammer wont open it.

The ways to get around this are to use a pre 97/ purposely unregulated autococker, or a trilogy sport as your base.

It may be possible to get some beefier springs too, which could do the trick.

Can i ask why u dont want to use a reg when i can just put a cheap reg on it.....like an ion reg

Even the trilly sport needs a reg eventually. It will work with the gas through grip, but your input pressure will be too high and the valve won't open enough to get the right velocity out of it. I have a sport and the best I could do velocity wise was 250-260.
