so my dm8 tore up sum o-ring on the bolt but i cant get the cylinder unscrewed from the top hat. anyone got any tricks to get it unscrewed. trust me its on there super tight.

U can try heating it up, say in boiling water, that may loosen up the portions of the cylinder that are locked tight.

I would prob leave it in for 5 mins at most.

If that doesn't work, try heating it, then cooling the cylinder only so it shrinks (as heating would expand it, and cooling would shrink it).

Basically dip the cylinder in ice cold water. Keeping the top hat out of the cold water.

Man hands should be able to take it out i've never had one that WOULDNT come off with enough force of a two hands or one
