Yeah only thing that bothers me about it is that it is not stock, but in decent shape it seems.

My uncle works for a major printing company in Chicago, IL. They do all of McDonald's printing.. stuff for the cubs/sox, etc. I'll have him grab a quote.
Facebook! I should add everyone ;P

Shoot me a message with what you will be needing, I might be able to help you out with your printing needs as well. I own a sign shop, nothing as big as what your uncle works for though.

Awesome. They are huge, yeah, but they might not feel like printing only 1500 sheets.
I forgot the name of the company.. but I know they're really big.
Edit: Shot him a PM.

I'm making some slight dimensional tweaks due to a few issues on the prints. Not machining issues, there was a discrepancy in my prototype machining to the prints that was in favor of the error, so the part made to tighter tolerances than I did didn't seal properly. Easy fix, and I'm working on the rest of them now that I've figured out the issue.
Once I'm done fixing the minor issues, they will be ready to go out.

^-- that is what is going on
As soon as we're good to go, I'll let everyone know, confirm addresses (again), etc.
Jonathan took one of my ideas to the next level and realized that it will be fairly simply to convert the design to work in the threshold. We're focusing on the G3 bolts right now, but we are adding another setup to the "todo" list.
I still need to buy a threshold as well. haven't been able to find one to my taste $ wise ;s Once I get one, we can verify what we need to and go from there.

I don't know if you guys know, but jonathan is in NY and I'm in IL.
I reallly wish we could meet up and have an engineering party and get this stuff (and all of the other crazy stuff we have in mind/planned/various states of progress) made.. I mean.. literally, we have plans for at least 30 different projects..
