I have less than 600 messages in my inbox and my limit is 637 but it won't let me message anyone because its saying my inbox is full but it's not I still have alot of room left.

Yes, I just looked again it was because my inbox size was decreased from 637 to 318

I also now have to wait 10 seconds between posts which wasn't happening before
