Victory vs Axe

I've currently got a V2 Vic that I really enjoy, but I've heard they work best in the warmer climates, and I live on the east coast where it gets quite frigid. Also heard they can be hard to fix if something does go wrong with them.

Considering switching to an Axe, pros would be the saved cash, and I honestly wouldn't care if I beat it to crap. I will be a little be sad if I take a gash out of my V2 haha.

I play 99% in the woods so the added efficiency is really nice for those longer games with the Vic

I just can't decide, shot quality and feel n the hands I would pick the Vic without question. I'm just super nervous about it going down and not being able to get it fixed without sending it in.

Lube clean and inspect your o rings . You will be fine with the v2.

Is there a good place to get a good, accurate o-ring kit for Vics?

Look in your manual, google bob long v2 manual. It should have every o ring listed. Then go to oring monkey and order a 10 pack of each.

Yeah but some times oring kits leave out a few. For example g6r kits don't have the ram cap o ring in them

Thanks for the help guys, I took a chance on the kit because after getting each o-ring separately it was almost $50, where as the kit is $15. Worst case scenario I'll just order any that are missing

Keep a pressure tester, dow55, triflow and a set of spare orings and the vic will be fine. Like almost any other BL gun don't jack with it and it'll keep working... tinker and it may become finicky.

I wouldn't get rid of your Victory for an Axe. Now an Axe Pro that's a whole different story though

Wow dude, I could take a vic apart an put it back together in my sleep. The entire engine comes out in 1 piece. I don't mind axes/ minis either though.
