Nice, only thing I didn't like about that red is the front derailuer, for or the 2012 red FD is so much better in terms of shifting

I have the 2012 FD and shifters, a mix of everything else and yes, the new FD is awesome.

What happens when you don't ride very much.....I go to the gym all the time, but have only ridden 100 miles this year.

New chain (Shimano Ultegra), Lizard Skin bar tape (the 2.5 and it is AWESOME), as well as a full detailing and re-cabling. Feels good.

Looks fresh! I haven't ridden my bike in what seems like forever. Weather out here has been freezing!

Greetings all! I picked up a 2012 Cannondale Synapse 5 105 at the end of the last riding season. While riding on the trainer tonight, I noticed that both factory platform pedals are starting to split with about 600 miles on them. Having no experience with clipless pedals, do you guys have any recommendations? I figure it'd be good timing to grow comfortable riding with clipless pedals on the trainer before I hit the roads again. Thanks for the time, it's much appreciated!

Yeah, Shimano is what I've been looking at recently. I'm contemplating trying a set of rollers too and replacing my trainer if I like them better.
