What if a person unknowingly bought one of these markers on ebay or where ever and tries to sell it on here later? You going to accuse him or her of being a thief? When I sell or trade markers here I have not once listed a serial number. It sucks that this happened it really does. It puts a blemish on our sport and makes it hard to keep our local shops open for business.

In some states it's illegal to sell stolen merch even if you are unaware it's stolen. It's a risk Pawn Shops take and the reason they ask if the merch is stolen before they buy.
