This seems to be becoming a trend lately, are people just torquing them down to hard or what? Regardless call DLX, most likely theyll get you a new manifold.

the same thing has happened to me i have many luxes and one of them had the screw fine one day took it out the next i try putting it back in and with no extreme force or torq the screw brakes (they have to use stronger metal for that screw !!) and the rest i got broken!!
