Not sure what could be causing the issue can you post a couple pictures on here so I can see it?? can you also email us at tech@paintballsolutions.com with the following info;

Name,
Phone Number,
Shipping Address,
Requesting Bonnet for 70/45 tank

I willing to bet that the easiest thing to do is get you a new bonnet. But i would like to see if there maybe something else.

015-90 Urethane You can also find these o-rings at any paintball field or at a local Wal-Mart, just look for tank o-rings.

crack on the gel shell

Hi, I got a brand new empire HPA tank at mid november, I played yesterday and I noticed a huge crack on the gel shell, I want to know why this happened, how can I fix it? Is this covered by the warranty?

Thanks for your attention, Max.

Causes...

Once in a awhile the gel coating on the outside maybe to thin or if there is an air bubble in the coating or around a label under the coating it can cause this to happen.

Ways to fix it...

However there is no way for anyone to fix this problem.

Warranty..

Most tanks that have this problem can and will be replaced. Also understand the difference between a "Cracked Tank" and a "Chipped Tank". Both issues can happen due to some defect in the "Gel Coating".

In the end we will do what we can for our customers and our product.

Thanks for your answer, I would like to know if this issue compromise my safety and the lifetime of the tank. In case of warranty replace, what must I do? I live in Colombia South America, I got the tank from ansgear, how do I apply the warranty?

I recently purchased this from ANS gear:

https://www.ansgear.com/ProductDetai...EACTORPARTSKIT

My problem is that it did not come with instructions. Can anyone give me the proper directions for installing this kit and making my tank pressure 450psi?

Hello,
I recently bought a defective empire ultra tank with a reactor 4 reg. I sent it back ad received an empire basic carbon fiber tank with a reactor 2 reg. I was wondering if it would be dot approved ad pi approved or just dot approved.

Unless there is a PI symbol on it, it will not be PI approved. However for the DOT you should see that on there.
