The 1x15 is the thin oring in front of the two 016 orings on the bolt. This oring is a bumper oring helping it from slapping into the front Keg. I recommend getting another one installed. This over time could damage the front keg by hitting the inside and possiably damaging both the bolt and the keg.

Make sure you are lubing prior to the day of play and if you are sure lubing wasnt the issue swap out the two 016 switch orings.

So I should relube the day before I play? Even if i've cleaned and lubed after my last day of play?

Depends on what lube you use and how often u play. Best rule of thumb is the night before/day of so you dont have dry sticky lube. Cause if dry you can damage orings so better safe then sorry.

Any dish soap will work. Just dry off prior to reinstalling.

More reliability, softer shot, better efficiency and better consistent shots.

Quick question. Been threw the whole trouble shoot and cant solve my dx's major fsdo and pressure loss problem. In Boomers maintenance video at about 5:10 in he flicks the bolt forward by swinging it a little. So the bolt is supposed to easily flick forward like that? Because mine doesn't budge at all. Thought it could have been an over lube problem or oring problem but all orings were replaced. Just got it back from macdev and still have this problem. Thanks.
