The NEW Macdev lube is great. The old stuff that resembles cake frosting should be thrown out once you get the V2 stuff.

30 is getting down there in temp. I would use better lube as suggested...or even add some oil to the lube you have. That will thin it out more. You may even want to redo your reg like that.

Check all the stuff mentioned above. Last but not least.....raise your dwell. That's pretty much standard practice for spoolers once the temperature starts to drop. Ideally I suggest you climatize your gun to the temperature you'll be playing in before you set the dwell. What works good indoors at room temperature isn't going to work outdoors once the gun chills.

with my vx i can shoot in less than 20 degree weather all day. no ball breaks, no drop offs, original noid. i use the new militia lube, and upped the dwell two clicks to 14ms. always a good rule of thumb to up the dwell by a couple ms when below 40ish degrees F. sometimes you can have the sketchy issues because you just had enough dwell time to cycle the bolt through the thick lube not not enough to perform well.

battery, new lube, inspect / replace necessary o rings in reg and bolt system, up dwell to 14ms in cold weather 12ms in normal conditions, and possible noid replacement if the problems occur after all others do not fix the issues
