All of their IP besides the Magno valve patent was transferred to the individual Green brothers several years ago and so far, nobody has acquired it. I actually got an email earlier this month from a company out of Switzerland who was trying to track down information on the Angel IP for a possible new line, but I wouldn't count on anything.

I agree. As much as I love angels, I don't really look forward to seeing some company gobble up the name, and puke out products undeserving of the name.

Kinda like what Kee does....
